Basic Service Agreement Rules
Service experience is provided on a voluntary access basis for all eligible users. All users shall abide by unified service norms during usage. Ambiguous or improper use behaviors that damage public service order are not permitted. Relevant service rules may be moderately adjusted in response to service development demands, and public notification shall be the basis for effective implementation. Users shall take responsibility for their individual service operation behaviors and related generated results.
